In the past we have worked on a number of research themes at the Centre for Gallium Nitride. The research conducted at the Centre is funded from a number of different sources, including grants from the EPSRC and the ERC. The Centre benefits from underpinning funding through a Platform Grant from the EPSRC. Recent publications can be seen here .
