Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride
Currently working with the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride, my interests are studying the piezoelectric properties of various materials including polymers, semiconductors and bio-materials. I am interested in both physical and technological aspects of piezoelectrics, and in device physics. My past work has involved in the growth of III-V nanowires, and also device fabrication and simulation.

Interesting ideas and collaborations are always welcomed.

We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
We are passionate about education and outreach! If you would like support for an education project then please get in touch.
