Chen won the Dawson bursary from UKNC

We are very happy to report that our 3rd year PhD student Chen Chen won the Dawson bursary from the UK Nitrides Consortium (UKNC). The bursary is worth £ 1000.- and Chen will use it to present his work on GaN based HEMT structures at the International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors in Japan later this year.
