Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride
The annual GaN Christmas Dinner was held at Peterhouse College on 17th December. Current and past members of the group met to celebrate, with a visit from Santa Claus!
Every Wednesday is Cake Day in the group, and we enjoyed a festive GaN fruit cake on the last Cake Day before the Christmas holidays.
We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
