Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride

We welcome our new cohort of students, who just settled into the GaN office. Yucheng will unlock the secrets of CIGS solar cells by using CL, EDX and AFM techniques.

Our part-III project students Kate and Max will be working on the optical properties of CIGS solar cells and ways to protect GaN in space from radiation damage.
