I completed my Bachelor of Engineering at the East China University of Science and Technology. I received my Master of Science from the Universität Ulm (Germany), where I wrote my master thesis in the GaN Optoelectronics Group of Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Scholz about growth and processing studies towards GaN-based vertical field effect transistors.
In May 2021, I joined the Cambridge Centre for Galium Nitride for a first year PhD project on structure-property relationships in nitride electronic devices.
