We welcome our new group member Dr Galih R Suwito, who recently obtained his PhD in Materials Engineering from McGill University, Canada. At the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride, he will be working on porous nitrides.
We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
