Congratulations to Dr Alexandar Hinz, who has been given a research fellowship on project "Heteroepitaxial Growth of GaN on Diamond Substrates with High Thermal Conductivity" funded by Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG). The duration of the fellowship is 18 months.
We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
