Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride
Today in the GaN centre, we are saying goodbye to Dr. Tongtong Zhu, who is finishing working as a postdoc and heading off to be CEO of new spinout company Porotech Ltd. We will be working together a lot in future, but today we wish him well with cake and a very special GaN wafer.
We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
