We are thrilled to welcome our new cohort of PhD students to the Cambridge Centre for GaN! Ben Harding, Piotr Sokolinski and Viesturs Spulis will be working with us on exciting wide bandgap materials projects over the next few years.
We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
