We are thrilled to welcome our new summer students Matthew, Louise, Ollie and Xilong. In their projects they are exploring the world of quantum dots, porous and cubic GaN. Their fresh perspectives, keen intellects, and boundless energy are a valuable asset to our ongoing work.
We conduct world leading research into nitride based III-V semiconductors: material quality, characterisation and device development.
