Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride

Dr Bertrand Rouet-Leduc

Congratulations to Bertrand Rouet-Leduc who passed his PhD viva last week! He convinced his examiners in just 90 minutes and has minor corrections. His project in the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride concerned modelling of the efficiency of GaN based LEDs using machine learning techniques. He has also applied the same techniques to earthquake prediction and is continuing this work with a felowship at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Read more on his work on his researchgate profile.
