Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride

David Wallis has been invited to give a talk at the GaN Marathon workshop on GaN technology at the end of April, where the University of Padova will present an honorary degree to the 2014 Physics Nobel Laureate, Hiro Amano, for his work on developing GaN-based blue LEDs. David will talk about our work on developing GaN on large-area silicon wafers, GaN for power devices, and our new work on cubic GaN.
