Colin is awarded the prestigious Henry Clifton Sorby Award

Prof. Sir Colin Humphreys from the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride was presented with the Henry Clifton Sorby Award, the highest award of the International Metallographic Society (IMS) and ASM International, last week at the Materials Science and Technology 2017 Meeting in Pittsburgh, USA.
