I am one of the MOVPE specialists in the Centre for Gallium Nitride at Cambridge. The work involves the growth and characterisation of Group III Nitride thin films, as well as the maintenance of the MOVPE systems and characterisation equipment. I also serve as the grower for the EPSRC National Epitaxy Facility of which Cambridge is a partner.
