The UKNC 2016 Winter Conference was held at Robinson College on 6th and 7th January with contributed talks and posters from all UK research groups studying nitride materials, and invited talks from international researchers.
Many congratulations to John Jarman from the Cambridge GaN group who won the UKNC Student Poster Prize for his work on non-polar quantum dots. More information about the programme can be found at the UKNC web site.
