Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride

Today's presentations at ICNS 12

Lots to hear from the GaN group today at ICNS including Rachel Oliver's invited talk "Advanced microscopy of InGaN/GaN heterostructures" kicking off straight after lunch (A9.1). Before that is a talk from our collaboration with Robert Taylor's group in Oxford "Highly polarised electrically driven single photon emission from a non-polar InGaN quantum dot" given by Claudius Kocher (B8.4). We're well represented in this evening's poster sessions too: A2.4, C02.8, C02.18 and C02.45. Everything from X-ray characterisation of stacking faults(A2.4) to design of all GaN cascodes(C02.45).
