Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride

Rachel Oliver's EPSRC-funded research on developing InGaN quantum dots for single photon sources has been highlighted in a Science and Engineering South interview. The project is in collaboration with Professor Robert Taylor at Oxford University, Plessey Semiconductors, and Toshiba, and aims to develop room-temperature single photon emission from nitride quantum dots for encryption and security applications.
