Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride

Currently, we are in the process of installing two reactors (the Aixtron reactor that was installed temporarily in the Physics of Medicine building, and a new Veeco reactor) in our new lab at the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy. Having both growth and characterisation facilities in the same building will certainly improve our efficiency. We expect that the reactors will be available again from the end of April 2016.
