Professor Martin Dawson from the Unviersity of Strathclyde will give an invited talk at the annual Armourers and Brasiers Cambridge Forum on Tuesday 14th June. The talk will describe recent collaborative work on GaN/polymer, GaN/diamond and GaN/nanocomposite hybrid LEDs for high-bandwidth visible light communications. This research was carried out with funding from the EPSRC Programme Grant "Ultra-Parallel Visible Light Communications (UP-VLC)".
